Shipping rates very from Canada & US. All orders are processed and shipping Monday-Saturday from Canada (Holidays excluded). Please allow 1-3 busines days for us to process your order. Return Policy
No Returns. Please note, we do not accept any returns. All goods are final sale. We always inspect our products before they are shipped out. We put our products through intensive quality control test before they are packaged to customers. If products are damaged during shipping period you can mail it back to us within 7 days. Please be advised you are responsible for the shipping fees. Thank you.
Cancellations

Missing/Damaged Items
Missing or damaged items need to be reported to us within 10 days of delivery. This does not include any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been completely filled.
